sort: title | dateAbout Civic TV 17
updated: Thursday, January 26, 2012

Civic TV 17 shows public meeting coverage of City Council, Planning Commission and the Telecommunications Commission, and programming about City services and activities. "Park Update" is a weekly program about news and events in the Park, and "Inside the Park!" is a monthly magazine program. We also record programs at City-related events like the Home Remodeling Fair, Earth Day and Arbor Day celebrations, Parktacular, Bookmark in the Park and candidates forums. Civic TV 17 also runs "Public Health Journal," a health and wellness program produced by the Minnesota Department of Public Health. In between programs, text messages and videos display upcoming meetings and events, official City announcements like sprinkling restrictions or construction bulletins, or tips from various City departments.
