Adaptive Recreation

updated: Wednesday, May 02, 2012

The adaptive recreation program is a cooperative effort of the cities of St. Louis Park, Hopkins, Chaska, Minnetonka, Chanhassen and Reach for Resources (REACH). REACH is an agency which serves individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in Western Hennepin County. Services include adaptive recreation, independent living support and counseling. An integration specialist assists people who want to participate in "non-adaptive" park and recreation programs. To register for a program or for more information, call (952) 988-4177 or visit their website at www.reachforresources.org.
