Yoga gives you the opportunity to become “one” with yourself through relaxation, meditation, breathing and stretching. Vinyasa Flow Yoga is more challenging and moves at a faster pace. Sequences of yoga postures are linked together and integrated with the breath. These classes focus on building strength, flexibility and balance through a continuous flow of movement. Knowledge of basic yoga is helpful. Previous experience recommended. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.
