Adult Yoga

Ages 16 and older
Yoga gives you the opportunity to become “one” with yourself through relaxation, meditation, breathing and stretching. This is a wonderful and fulfilling way to build a foundation of inner peace. All levels welcome. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa Flow Yoga is more challenging and moves at a faster pace than Basic Yoga. Sequences of yoga postures are linked together and integrated with the breath. These classes focus on building strength, flexibility, and balance through a continuous flow of movement. Knowledge of basic yoga is helpful. Previous experience recommended.

Men’s: Mon – Fri evenings (single or double-header games)
Women’s: Tues evenings
Co-Rec: Sun, Tues, Wed, Thurs (single games)

*Fee includes league playoffs

Sand Volleyball Leagues

Paddle Board Yoga
