Adult league sports are offered for team registration only. Individuals who would like to participate in a team sport, but don't have a team, should contact the Parks and Recreation Department to be placed on a free-agent list. Call (952) 924-2540 to be placed on a free-agent list. Leagues may fill before the deadline, so register early.

Aerobic Kickboxing
Ages 16 and older
Kickboxing is a fun and exciting workout for both men and women that provides overall physical conditioning and toning. Cardio kickboxing does not involve physical contact between competitors – it’s a cardiovascular workout to benefit the entire body. This is a high-intensity, high-impact form of exercise. Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows your arms and legs to move easily in all directions.

7-week officiated co-rec league.

Kickball League
Ages 16 and up
Go back to the playground with kickball for “big” kids. Get your friends and put a team on the field, or contact us to get on a team. Teams are co-rec; games are officiated with bases and an official kickball.

Lap Swim
Individuals 16 years and older can work out daily in our 25 meter lanes. Youth under 16 are not allowed in the adult swim lanes during lap swim times.

Swim for Fitness
Ages 16 and up For individuals who prefer swimming as a means of staying fit. This program should provide sufficient exercise to significantly improve the strength and endurance of regular participants. Just count the number of laps you do, fill out your distance form and leave the rest to us. We will track your mileage and awards will be given to swimmers at various mile achievements. More information will be sent to you when you register.

Yoga
Ages 16 and older
Yoga gives you the opportunity to become "one" with yourself through relaxation, meditation, breathing and stretching. This is a wonderful and fulfilling way to build a foundation of inner peace. All levels welcome.
Basic Yoga
Basic yoga focuses on basic flexibility and relaxing yet revitalizing yoga postures. It is ideal for people who are new to yoga, have physical concerns that make vigorous exercise more challenging, or for those who simply want a more restorative yoga practice.

Level 1 and Level 2: Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa Flow Yoga is more challenging and moves at a faster pace than Basic Yoga. Sequences of yoga postures are linked together and integrated with the breath. This class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and balance through a continuous flow of movement. Knowledge of basic yoga is helpful. Previous experience recommended for Level 2.
