Adult Yoga
Ages 16 and older
Yoga gives you the opportunity to become "one" with yourself through relaxation, meditation, breathing and stretching. This is a wonderful and fulfilling way to build a foundation of inner peace. All levels welcome. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.

Basic Yoga
Basic yoga focuses on basic flexibility and relaxing yet revitalizing yoga postures. It is ideal for people who are new to yoga, have physical concerns that make vigorous exercise more challenging, or for those who simply want a more restorative yoga practice.

Date Time Activity
Wed. Feb. 24 - April 7 11 a.m. - noon 4870

$63 per person (resident) / $69 (non-resident)

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa Flow Yoga is more challenging and moves at a faster pace than Basic Yoga. Sequences of yoga postures are linked together and integrated with the breath. This class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and balance through a continuous flow of movement. Knowledge of basic yoga is helpful. Previous experience recommended.

Date Time Activity
Wed. Feb. 24 - April 7 12:15 - 1:15 p.m. 4864
$63 per person (resident) / $69 (non-resident)

* Sign up for two classes during the same session and save $5 on each session.
