Park Gardener

Calling all gardeners!  Individuals who enjoy gardening can weed, deadhead flowers, and plant beautiful new flowers in a park flower garden. The City provides all flowers and handles weekly watering. Volunteers may request a garden in the park of their choice and they report to the Environmental Coordinator.

Requirements

• Volunteer one time during the spring for initial planting.
• This position can be ongoing, by volunteering one hour a week during the summer. (Assignments can be worked around summer vacation schedules.)
• Complete a criminal history background check.
