The City's Pavement Management Program was created to rehabilitate the City's aging streets. This year's project includes work in the Brookside and Elmwood neighborhoods. The Pavement Management Program is funded through franchise fees from the two major utility companies along with tax levies. As a result, there are no special assessments for the construction work that will occur on your street.
