Permits |

- Visit City Hall. We will be happy to walk you through the permitting process and answer your questions. We advise a personal visit for residents planning to the work themselves. A visit is necessary for complex projects or projects that require a zoning or blueprint review.
- Print a permit form; then fax or mail it to us. If you're familiar with the permitting process, and want to print out an application form, simply click on Permit Forms. If you mail or fax us a completed form, please remember that this is an application. Don't proceed with the work until you are notified that your permit has been issued. A decision is usually made within 24 hours.
- ePermitting is now available for repairs or installations that do not require a blueprint or zoning review (electrical, mechanical or plumbing permits). ePermitting is also available for housing inspection applications. To go to the ePermit section, click here.
