Construction Bids
updated: Wednesday, April 18, 2012As required by state law, the City of St. Louis Parks Public Works Department uses the competitive-bidding process for certain contracts estimated to cost over $100,000. Generally, the competitive-bidding process involves publication of an advertisement to solicit sealed bids and an award of the contract to the "lowest responsible bidder".
Contractors can receive bid specifications and tabulations online from Quest Construction Data Network.
Also see Current & Future Construction Projects for information on current, future and recently completed construction projects.
City Council recently adopted a diversity commitment and passed a resolution supporting minority-owned business, women’s enterprises and small business.
