S.P.A.R.C. St. Louis Park Area Rental Coalition

The St. Louis Park Rental Coalition (SPARC) is composed of St. Louis Park rental owners and managers.  SPARC's mission is to provide a community wide forum that promotes effective management practices and quality mulit-housing in St. Louis Park. 

The coalition meets four times a year - January, April, July and October from noon to 1pm at City Hall.  The coalition meetings provide a valuable network opportunity for rental owners, managers and city staff.  The Police, Inspections, Fire and Community Development Departments provide regular updates to the members as well as more comprehensive presentation related to City development, public work plans, crime free activities, drug awareness and inspection activities.  In addition to city information, the meetings provide an information forum where multifamily housing experts address issues requested by the rental owners and managers. 

Meetings for 2011 are scheduled for January 19, April 19, July 20, and October 18, the 3rd Thursday of the month from noon - 1pm in the City Hall Council Chambers, 5005 Minnetonka Blvd, St. Louis Park, MN 55416
