Employment Action Center (EAC)
The EAC is the largest provider of employment and training services in the Twin Cities.  Its business services offers a wide range of customized services for businesses, including placement services, outplacement services, workplace education, disability services and telecommuting implementation services.

Greater Metropolitan Workforce Council
The GMWC oversees publicly funded workforce development services in the 11-county Metro MSP region. It publishes a biennial assessment of the Twin Cities workforce, The Workforce Regional Analysis for a Comprehensive Economy (RACE) Report. The GMWC also works through the Employer Services Partnership – a cooperative of public, private and non-profit organizations in the metro area dedicated to offering high-value employer workforce services.

Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED)
DEED’s Workforce Development Division works with local and statewide partners to provide training and support to unemployed and dislocated workers, and financial assistance for businesses seeking to upgrade the skills of their workforce. Additional services include State Services for the Blind, Rehabilitation Services, Local Labor Exchange, and Disability Determination.

Minnesota Job Skills Partnership
The program helps Minnesota businesses and schools competitively train/retrain the workforce. It awards matching grants to educational institutions that partner with businesses. Funds may be used for training-related costs or educational infrastructure improvements. Businesses located in Minnesota, or intending to locate in Minnesota, are eligible for support.
