Mobile Stage

The Parks and Recreation Department's showmobile is available for rental. The Show mobile has a 36-foot built-in stage with a public address system. An extended stage and additional speakers are available for an additional fee.

Oak Hill Splash Pad

Park Pavilion Rental

2012 Park Pavilion rental form 
All pavilions are fully enclosed, have indoor restrooms, tables and chairs, and are available for rent.

Weekends from May 5 through Sept. 23
Weekdays from June 4 through Aug. 24
(Wolfe Park Pavilion can be rented year-round)
Holidays: Pavilions cannot be reserved on Memorial Day, July 4 and Labor Day.

Rental hours: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. (two-hour minimum)
(For an additional fee and based on staff availability, rental outside season listed above may be available with prior approval.) 

These enclosed pavilions seat up to 20 people.
$45 per hour (resident) / $55 (non-resident)
 

  • Louisiana Oaks Pavilion, 3350 Louisiana Ave S
    Accommodates 30 people; features air conditioning and etched glass windows.
    $50 per hour (resident) / $60 (non-resident)

    (available year-round)
    This glass and stone pavilion features a fireplace, air conditioning, and can set up to 30 people.

Picnic Shelter Rental

2012 Picnic Shelter Rental form 
These open-air shelters all have access to electricity and grills. Indoor toilets are open June 4 - Aug. 24. Portable toilets will be available before June 4 and after Aug. 24. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in any park. A permit is required for live bands or amplified music.

  • The shelters are now available on a first-come, first-served basis. 
  • Reservations for the 2012 season will be accepted Jan. 3, 2012
  • Rentals available weekends, May 5- Sept. 23; weekdays, June 4- Aug. 24 
  • Rental hours: 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. OR 4:30 to 9 p.m.
  • Open shelters may also be rented for additional hours before 11 a.m. with an additional fee.

Tennis Courts

St. Louis Park has 23 tennis courts. If you want to ensure that a court is available, call (952) 924-2540 to reserve a court from April through October.

Tents & Canopy Rental

Veterans' Memorial Amphitheater

The Veterans' Memorial Amphitheater is terraced into the hill on the south side of Wolfe Park and connects the park to the Excelsior & Grand Town Green.
