Plumbing Permit Fees

For installation, replacement or repair shall be $45.00 + 1.75% of the job valuation, plus the state surcharge.

(State surcharge is .0005 times the job valuation. Call the Inspections Department at (952) 924-2588for state surcharges on all permits valued at $1,000,000.00 or more).
When applicable, a plan review charge equal to 35% of the plumbing permit fee will be added.

Exception:
Installation, replacement or repair of a single plumbing appliance within a single family dwelling shall be $45.00 + 5.00* = $50.00.
*State surcharges are calculated at $5.00 for single item permits issued under this exceptions
