Neighborhood Association Contact
The Kilmer neighborhood had a homeowners association in the 1960's and 1970's when the houses were new and has continued the tradition of a neighborhood newsletter. Kilmer formed a new neighbors group in 2001 and reorganized in 2009. They host an annual spring picnic, garage sale and autumn back-to-school social activity.
