Pull tabs, Bingo and Raffles

Lawful gambling - pull tabs, bingo and raffles - is allowed; however, this activity is regulated by both the City of St. Louis Park and the Minnesota Gambling Control Board. Be sure to check the regulations before selling any raffle tickets or conducting games to make sure all the rules are being followed.

Licenses not issued by the City of St. Louis Park

The City of St. Louis Park does not issue licenses for programs administered by the State of Minnesota, Hennepin County or the U.S. government. These licenses cannot be obtained at City Hall.

  • Driver's licenses
  • Passports
  • Fishing licenses
  • Snowmobile licenses
  • Watercraft licenses

Drivers, Minnesota ID's, bicycle, snowmobile, and watercraft licenses can be obtained at AAA, or any county service center or the Hennepin County Government Center.

Fishing and hunting licenses can be purchased at the county government center and county service centers.

Marriage licenses, passports, and birth and death records may be obtained at the Hennepin County Government Center and county service centers.
