Mediation Services
updated: Sunday, May 20, 2012Community Mediation Services offers an alternative method for resolving disputes with neighbors, family members, businesses, employers, employees, landlords, tenants or juveniles. Both sides meet with a trained mediator to discuss a mutually acceptable solution. If the parties reach a decision, the mediator writes up their agreement. The mediator is not a judge and does not impose a solution: the parties decide on the actual agreement. Because the City of St. Louis Park is a supporting member of the program, there is no fee for this service.
