Get Caught Recycling

Get caught recycling and you could win a $50 one-time credit on your utility bill!

The Get Caught Recycling Program began in December 2003 and rewards residents who properly recycle. Each month, the Solid Waste Field Inspector randomly selects 2 addresses that have at least one full recycling bin set out for collection. The winners receive a one-time $50 credit on their utility bill (if in good standing), and a reusable bag full of goodies. The bag includes a Eureka coffee mug, a $20 Blue Sky Guide, informational brochures, recycling guides, a magnet, the Choose to Reuse coupon book (when available), a pen, and a compostable yard waste bag.

Winners are notified by phone or in person.
