2005 Resident Survey Results
A solid 97 percent of St. Louis Park residents rate the quality of life in the city as either "excellent" or "good," according to the most recently released Decision Resources citizen survey. The study was conducted in October and November 2005 through a telephone survey of 400 randomly selected city residents. Look for a new survey in 2008!

The city government and overall community ranked highly throughout the survey, illustrating that St. Louis Park remains an attractive, safe and vibrant place to live, according to Mayor Jeff Jacobs.

"There's something special about St. Louis Park, and getting positive reviews from our residents makes all of us here feel great," Jacobs said. "We are fortunate to have such a talented and engaged city council, along with many citizen volunteers who feel they can make a difference in the city. Their hard work is paying off."

"We use the information from the survey to improve city government and, in turn, help our residents with the services we provide," Jacobs added.
