• The earliest home was constructed in 1951, and many homes were constructed in the 1960's and 1970's.
• Willow Park's street pattern is more "suburban" rather than gridded.
• St. Louis Park Junior High School is located in this neighborhood.
• Willow Park, Rotary Northside Park and Cedar Knoll Park are located in this neighborhood.
• Fire Station Two and a portion of Westwood Shopping Center are located in this neighborhood.
• Willow Park Neighborhood occupies 192.9 acres (12 blocks residential).
