About Yard Waste Collection
updated: Wednesday, April 18, 2012Due to the unseasonably warm weather, the 2012 yard waste season will begin April 2, instead of April 9 as originally announced.
Yard waste is collected weekly on the same day as garbage and recycling. However, it is not collected year-round. Yard waste collection typically begins in mid-April and ends in mid- to late-November (weather dependent).
Yard waste must be set out by 7am to ensure collection. If you believe your yard waste was missed, please call Waste Management at (763) 783-5423.
There is no additional cost for yard waste collection – it is included in your standard garbage collection rate.
