Water, water everywhere…

Post Date:October 24, 2018 9:00 a.m.
Are you interested in understanding more about how the city’s water resources are managed?

The City of St. Louis Park is updating its plan for the city’s lakes, ponds and wetlands – commonly called surface water. This includes setting goals and policies, as well as outlining actions and projects the city may take on during the plan’s 10-year term.

If you’d like to review and comment on the surface water management plan, attend a meeting on Thursday, Nov. 8, at 6 p.m in the Community Room at St. Louis Park City Hall, 5005 Minnetonka Blvd. A short presentation at 6:15 p.m. will provide a brief overview of the contents and purpose of the plan. No matter your expertise or experience with water resources, you are invited to attend to learn more about how the city acts as a steward for this precious resource!
