The St. Louis Park Charter Commission has 15 members who are appointed by the chief judge of Hennepin County District Court. The group's mission is to evaluate and propose changes that are warranted in the city's home rule charter as provided by state statute. They also monitor legislative activities on an ongoing basis. Members serve on a volunteer basis, and a staff liaison provides assistance to record minutes, prepare agendas and perform other ministerial duties.
Meetings are held as needed, and notice will be posted on this page when scheduled.
The next charter commission meeting is scheduled for April 25, 2019 at 6 p.m. The meeting will be held at St. Louis Park City Hall in the Community Room located on first floor.
