Agendas and Minutes
Agendas for City Council and Economic Development Authority (EDA) meetings are posted in advance of each meeting. The city clerk prepares and distributes the agendas, and also maintains minutes of City Council, EDA and other official meetings. See agendas and minutes from past meetings.
Boards and Commissions

Contracts and Bids

Liquor and Gambling Licenses
The process for getting a lawful gambling permit, raffle permit or liquor license is managed by the City Clerk’s Office. Click on the following forms and submit them to the City Clerk’s Office.
Domestic Partnership Registration
The City of St. Louis Park has established a program that allows unmarried, committed couples who live or work in St. Louis Park to document their relationship. This program is managed by the city clerk. Domestic Partnership Application.
The city clerk ensures legal notices, such as requests for proposal, public hearing notices and notices related to city ordinances, are published as required.
