Saturday Sampler

Saturday, Jan. 4, 9 – 11 a.m.
The Rec Center Banquet Room, 3700 Monterey Drive

Check out fun ways to keep moving this winter by sampling fitness classes we’ll be offering this spring. Each class has
high and low impact options. Attend one or all of these free sampler classes. There will be a small break between classes and a chance to win prizes. The event is free; no registration required. Instructor: Judy Coughlin

  • 9 – 9:30 a.m., Cardio Strength and Core Circuit: a combination of cardio moves, strength and abs.
  • 9:35 – 10:05 a.m., Strength and More Core: strengthen major muscle groups and work on stabilizing your core.
  • 10:15 – 11 a.m., Yoga Vinyasa and Gentle Yoga: centering, flexibility, balance work and final restorative poses.
