Walking at the ROC
If you want to walk outside but still be safely protected from the elements, enjoy walking at the ROC. We encourage adults to come and walk under the canopy at the ROC. This flat surface is an excellent way to walk in a safe area with protection from rain and other weather.
The ROC, 3700 Monterey Drive
M – F, May 15 – Sept. 29, 8 – 10 a.m.
Enjoy a free hour of yoga taught by a trained instructor. Participants will use the grass tiered levels and need to bring a yoga mat if desired. If the weather looks questionable, call the weather line at 952.924.2567.
