Candidates for public office must file financial reports when they have collected more than $750 in contributions or expended more than $250. State law requires St. Louis Park to make these campaign finance reports available on the city website. Reports will be posted here no later than 30 days after they are received.
The City Clerk’s Office is not responsible for interpreting or enforcing campaign finance or practice laws. Complaints regarding campaign finance or practice violations are heard by the Minnesota Office of Administrative Hearings. Additional information is available at mn.gov/oah.
