Update (March 25, 2020): City facilities are closed to the public through Friday, April 10. This includes city hall, the Municipal Service Center, fire stations 1 and 2 and the police department. These closures are to help protect the health and wellness of the St. Louis Park community due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. For questions call 952.924.2500.

The St. Louis Park City Hall reception desk is open 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Friday to serve residents. Purchase extra garbage stickers, pay your utility bill, buy a Parktacular button, pick up organics bags (organics customers only), drop off food for St. Louis Park Emergency Program (STEP), visit the third floor art gallery or simply have a question answered.

Need more assistance with a utility bill, a building permit or an engineering question?  The utility billing, inspections and engineering departments at city hall are open 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday. City hall is often open for meetings outside of regular office hours; however, the front desk is not staffed outside of these hours.

Homestead applications can be filed and documents notarized from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday.

Drop-boxes for utility bill payments can be accessed 24-hours a day. One drop box is located outside city hall on Minnetonka Boulevard. Another drop box is located in the parking lot on the south side of city hall near the main entrance.

Have an electric vehicle and need to charge your car? City hall has two electric vehicle charging stations in the south parking lot for anyone to use.
