Residents can submit, track and view nearby service requests online at mystlouispark.org.
Below are a few common issues that are reported through myStLouisPark:

Residents are able to enter the service request information and can attach a picture. If location settings are enabled on your smartphone, the request will be instantly mapped. Users can register with myStLouisPark and then track requests as they progress through the city’s workflow steps or the reports can be made anonymously.

Supports multiple languages
The myStLouisPark application features One Voice Translation to support more than 17 languages. When a resident submits a request in their native language, the request is automatically translated into English for city officials. Any subsequent updates on the request are automatically translated back into the resident’s native language.
