Outdoor rinks

All outdoor rinks are now closed for the season. 

The following parks have outdoor rinks available for skating. The figure skating rinks are rinks with no boards, while the hockey rinks have boards on all sides (unless otherwise indicated). If there are parks with both rinks, two separate rinks will be available for skating. 

The rink lights will typically turn on around 4:30 p.m. and turn off around 8:45 p.m.

ROC ice arena

Open public skating 

Outdoor public skating will be available at the ROC from Nov. 9  March 17, weather permitting.

Friday 5:30 7 p.m. (no skating Dec. 28, Jan. 25, and Feb. 1, 2019)
Saturday 12:15 1:45 p.m. (no skating Dec. 29, Jan. 26, Feb. 2, Feb. 16, 2019)
Sunday 12:15 1:45 p.m. (no skating Jan. 27, Feb. 3,, Feb. 17, 2019)
Open pond hockey

Open pond hockey at the ROC is free and available for all ages from Nov. 10  March 17.

Saturday, Sunday 11 a.m. noon (no hockey Dec. 29, 2018; Jan. 26 27, Feb. 2 3, Feb. 16 17, 2019)

Warming houses 

Warming houses close when temperatures fall below -5 degrees and/or the wind chill is -15 degrees or lower. Call the weather line at 952.924.2567 for updates. Hot cocoa is sold for $2 at these sites.

The warming houses are now closed for the season.

Sledding hills

The following parks have sledding hills:
