St. Louis Park has a history of being a leader in environmental stewardship and encourages the use of green building practices whenever possible. As part of the city’s continued commitment to the environment, the City has adopted a Green Building Policy.
- Municipal - new buildings, additions greater than 15,000 square feet, and renovations over 50,000 square feet.
- All new projects greater than 15,000 square feet, renovations over 50,000 square feet, or receiving $200,000 or more in city finance.
